Ft. Wood, MO Unknown MilAir Frequency

Hi everyone. Not sure what this is. Doesn't sound like encryption. I know they use P-25 on Ft. Wood though.

The scanner automatically modulated the signal to AM. I manually changed it to FM since you think it was a wideband FM. It sounded different, still, like some sort of static. What is "WAG"?

I don't think it's a birdie. I have them all locked out. Thanks guys.
