Its a ham rig, so no it wont. So you're going to only be able to get ham repeaters and any remaining public safety conventional which is typically fire dispatch.

Correct, was looking for a file with the Ham Radio Frequencies in MN with the pl tones to easy program the radio for the first time.

I dont have a file for you, but it should be relatively easy to go to repeater book or the mn repeater councils site and just go down the list of 2 meter and 440 machines and program them into the software. I have files for an ft8800, ftm-400, and a kenwood thf6a if you can find a way to convert those i could send them.
