Yaesu: FTM-400XDR

Hello,

I've searched the forums and couldn't find "exactly" the answer I was looking for or all the options have already been tried.

My FTM-400XDR just lost the "B" side audio. I can see it transmitting (TX Bars) and can hear my transmission using a separate radio. So I know it is transmitting.

But I can not hear the audio when it is receiving. No external speaker. Yes, I have checked to make sure the volume, squelch, and PL tones are set properly.

If anyone has experienced this before - please let me know how you fixed it.

Check your APRS settings, you could have APRS muted.

Check your APRS settings, you could have APRS muted.

This. If you have APRS mute on, even when you stop transmitting/using APRS, it mutes the band you have set for APRS.

Well that worked....all fixed. Now I need to find the ninja who's been crawling in my truck making changes to my radio. hahaha
