It appears that list may not have been updated in quite some time. Didn't I read on RadioReference that Piscataway PD and all agencies on the Woodbridge Township TRS are now P25 encrypted full time?
Middlesex County NJ EDACS: Sheriff, Prosecutor, OEM, and part of Health Department are EDACS Provoice.
Edison Police, Woodbridge Police (on the Detective and Special Ops channels [main dispatch is clear]), Perth Amboy Police/Fire (on the Woodbridge TRS only), Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office (selected channels I was told), Ocean Twp. Police, Pt. Pleasant Beach Boro, I believe Kearny Police is, Deal Police, Jackson Twp. Police, Franklin Twp. Police (Somerset Cnty), South Plainfield Police (on the Middlesex Cnty TRS), and I believe Toms River Police, just to name a few. I heard that Piscataway Police is currently in the process of switching to full-time encryption as well.
ProVoice is not encryption.

No mention of encryption in use for Rahway in the database, if your 100% sure it is, please submit it to the database, so it can be listed as such.
They just switched over.
