A friend asked me to help me set him up with a scanner for this daughter who will be working for a news outlet in Fulton County NY. Before I do that. I'm wondering if encryption is used in that area and if it's worth her getting a scanner. I'm on broadcastify now and it sounds like they're in the clear. Thanks!
