Fulton County P25 Cutover

The new Fulton County (not the North Fulton system) digital system has been broadcasting a control channel loud and clear for some time, does anybody have an idea when it goes live? I haven't seen any voice traffic

Then you're not listening all the time. There was activity about an hour and a half ago.

Yes it is but that is soon to cease..time will tell.

Thanks, the reason I am asking I am coming to Atlanta on Oct 15 for about a week and I am bringing my scanner (BCD996P2) and trying to pre-program my scanner before I leave and have already done Atlanta, Cobb and Dekalb but wasn't sure what I should do about Fulton.

you should program the current system in as listed, and the new one might be interesting listening as well...

Well I just got back from my trip to Atlanta and received all systems loud and clear from where I was in Chamblee. I did have the New Fulton County P25 system programmed into the scanner just in case, but never heard any traffic on it, I did receive a good signal on the control channel though.
