Units from all over the region and state are filling-in at city stations - interesting listening.

Seems Caroline, Naval District Washington, Calvert, DC, Washington County, Carroll, Saint Mary's, Wicomico, Montgomery, Worcester, Frederick, Queen Anne, and Allegany used portables from a radio cache with RID's of 1142xxx.

I'm assuming MEMA / MDEM manages the radio cache? I was curious what units would need city radios. I'm surprised that Montgomery and Carroll units needed them though, as Montogomery's radios have extensive programming and Carroll is not so far from the city.
