Future Radio Shack(GRE) Scanners

Does anybody have any good info on future Radio Shack, or more specifically GRE, scanners? New models etc.

Also, has there been any info on an upgrade/fix to allow RS scanners such as the Pro-96 properly scan the 380-400Mhz Federal band?
