Has anyone tried 17mhz?
Here's a look at the FM broadcast band in its entirety. The thicker signal is the only FM station that has HD radio as well so the side lobes or however they're referred to aren't showing up in any detail with this span, but it definitely does do it.

If you use the waterfall function as your last function and do not exit and power off your SDS100/200, it will start right back up again in waterfall mode. (Adding some info here if this behavior changes: SDS100/200 Firmware version 1.23.01)

I’ve been playing around with it and the presets are nice. Need to spend a little more time in the manual to fully get the benefits, but this feature is going to be nice to play around with to find signals and activity.

Do a CF 0f 460.000 and the max span. Mine looks like it's filtered or the sensitivity drops off around 465 or so.

I see that as well. I'm also trying it with a CF of 476 MHz to see if I can see signals in the 470 and 482 MHz T bands in use up this way. The interesting thing here is that the fall off on either side of the center frequency is not balanced. It falls off further from the center frequency below it, and not as far from the center frequency above it. As luck would have it, no one wants to talk while I'm trying this. It falls off at about 467.5 and 480.9.

Interesting to look at that same span across almost all of the civilian aircraft band. With a center frequency of 127.000 there is no visual fall-off to the right up to almost 136 MHz, but there definitely is one below it around 120.8. Seeing plenty of signals but none yet below that 120.8 point.

Think I also notice this...

Cute. The waterfall will let you “see” outside the allowed frequency range (such as above 869 or below 758).

My latest Sentinel update was Monday so I guess, that would be the latest?
No. This is a new version of the Sentinel software (not the DB) which was released this afternoon.

Once you install it, you can also download the new firmware for the SDS100/SDS200, which includes the waterfall function. Enabling the waterfall costs $20, but the firmware update itself is free.

I see, I'll be sure to download the new Sentinel Monday and see if I can get the Firmware installed Thanks! (y)
The weekly Monday update is the database. You can download the latest Sentinel now from Uniden. Once that’s installed, you can use the Update menu to update the firmware.

After doing that, if you desire the waterfall, then you’ll need to purchase a key at my.uniden.com for $20.

Interesting. Funny thing too, I never tried this with my IC-R8600 until today, but it appears to do the same thing! The highest I can tune before it rolls to 896 MHz is 866.9875. But, if I increase the span to 5 MHz it shows me well past 869. More fun SDR stuff. Of course the Airspys and probably the SDRPlays have no such limitations.
