FWFD / MedStar Talk gone?

In the last several days I have noticed that the Layer 2 TGID 6808 (MedStar, FWFD, FWPD) is no longer active. You know when it probably is being used when FWFD or MedStar say on their respective channels to "standby while we contact ......." So curious if any one else has noticed this?

I see activity up to just before 0400 today. Hopefully, just a temporary hiccup. I've see that happen before and wondered what happen, then it will come back.
