Well, I would imagine that Telus would have installed either an in-building DAS setup (like Fleetcom did at Toronto International), or just put a site close by (assuming there already isn't one).
Use off the shelf equipment that they already have. Plus the benefit to this for Cami is that they have a very wide coverage area. So, when an exec from Cami needs to head over to GM's Head Officer in Detroit, they're never out of touch with the rest of the company.
...then again, with cellphones these days, that point is moot. Doesn't mean it doesn't look good on a brochure!
