I suspect the new MARCS listing for "unknown county agency" with a title of GALLIA BASE is Gallia County EMS. "Gallia Base" was used on the County EMS analog VHF radio system when the agency self-dispatched. If anyone in the Gallipolis area is able to monitor this talkgroup and confirm, please do so!
