Begging for one doesn't make one show up. Buy a scanner and feed.
If they're out of your price range, look into the SDRs and setup a feed that way

Is this something you are looking for?

If you're local to the area, like Reconrider said, you can look into SDRs.

Here's more info on them A very inexpensive Software Defined Radio based on the RTL2832U

Here's everything you'd need:

Two of these, $40 each: Amazon.com: RTL-SDR Blog V3 R820T2 RTL2832U 1PPM TCXO HF Bias Tee SMA Software Defined Radio with Dipole Antenna Kit: Electronics

One of these to share one antenna if you don't want two antennas: Amazon.com: Bingfu 4G LTE Antenna Adapter Splitter Cable SMA Female to Dual SMA Male Cable 15cm 6 inch Compatible with 4G LTE Wireless Router CPE Hotspot Cellular Gateway Industrial IoT Router Mobile Modem: Electronics

This software is great and easy to setup: DSheirer/sdrtrunk

The OPs location is well out of range of Galveston & Galveston County. So, his stepping up & providing the feed is not possible.

Feeds are provided by members who volunteer to host a feed, and use their own PCs and receiving equipment (a scanner, SDR dongle, or some other receiver) to provide the feed. In some cases, the provider moves out of range of the system, thus terminating his or her feed. In other cases, the OP is hampered by data limits on internet service, and cannot maintain the feed. Or, the PC or receiver powering the feed either quits working, or needs to be used for another purpose.
