I can't find a way to notify the feed provider to let them know it's possible they discontinued the Alfa tags for this feed ?

Looks like it's down again. Shows beta test
I want to send a message to the Galveston stream provider about adding a group/unit to the stream. Kinda as a fall over in case of power outage/hurricane. It's not a feed issue, so I can't go through the normal channels.
I don't know how either
