Garland Co area questions

Hello, I was scanning the bands in Hot Springs and a few frequencies came up and was wondering if anyone in the area is familar with them and what kind of radio setup it might be if not conventional.
158.790 PL 94.8
451.275 PL 67.0
169.587 PL 67.0
171.125 PL 136.5
173.237 NO PL

I'm not around that area so I really have no idea but I can tell you that the 169, 171 and 173 frequencies are probably going to be this: The 169-172 range is most commonly referred to as the “Traveling Band” and is used primarily for wireless microphones.

451 is probably a business..

158 prolly is Public Safety, Utillity, Etc. or also Business..

I would suspect the 169-173 MHz freqs could possibly be National Park related.
