Garland County AWIN

Is anyone monitoring Garland County on AWIN using a Unication G4 or G5? My G5 used to work great in the Hot Springs area and now the last 2 trips I've made down this way it's constantly "Out of Range". I've verified the CC's and it does receive AWIN in other parts of the state quite well. My BCD996P2 is working great in HS.... Any Ideas?

Yeah, I'm using a G4 I got at the first of the year. no issues receiving at all. From where I live, I primarily pick up the tower on Fox Pass, but did make a trip to LR recently and threw it in. Radio switched to the Magnet Tower as I got into Saline County and didn't miss a beat.

Not sure why yours is having an issue. I used the import RR data option in the programming software. I decided to have it import all the primary and alternate control channels in the State, just in case I decided to take it with me when traveling. Importing from the RR database really made it simple and painless. If you have that option, you might try downloading the data and uploading it, just in case something has changed from the way yours is currently programmed.

Glad it is working for you now.
I'm impressed with the G4, it has really exceeded my expectations. Magnetsteve had recommended it to me, at least I can say I know he got ONE thing right!
