I have a problem I have been unable to solve. I have a NMO mount on my Outback and normally use Larsen antennas. I bought a 6m Diamond antenna, used, and it has no gasket like the Larsen's have. The bases are different between the two antennas so I can't use the gasket from the Larsen antennas. What does Diamond use, if anything, between the car and the antenna? I haven't had good luck with trying to find an O-ring that fits. Recommendations anyone?

The flat seals that go under the "chrome nut" style antennas should work for you. They go around the NMO outer ring and are about a 1/4 inch wide. If you can't find one of these, you could make one your self by getting some rubber gasket material or a piece of inner tube and cut your own.
If you really get in a jam, let me know, I have a bunch and I can mail you one.

I've used generic rubber o-rings I found at the local plumbing supply store.

One thing to remember is the thread pitch of the Diamond antenna is slightly different than the Larsen so even though the Diamond will screw on a standard NMO mount, the threads will slowly bind and you may have difficulty getting the antenna off again.
