From the TAFL looks like they have 7 frequencies licensed to them, all for DMR/TRBO emissions.

They went MotoTRBO a few months back.... I haven't had a chance to check them out yet but I don't believe they are using encryption. Seems really hit or miss there... Several around the GTA use encryption but Woodstock, London etc don't.
