Old locked thread about this is here: GATRRS Austin capitol area 700 MHz.
The old FCC application attachments show the frequencies use at the site shown in the db as 1-010 Central Austin were located on a state office building next to the capitol.
There is another application attachment for WPTZ776 from Jan 2020. Now it shows the lat/lon location of "DPS Austin Capitol" frequencies

are on the short tower in the parking lot of DPS Headquarters (30.327000, -97.722447).
Somebody might want to verify what the actual location is and how many frequencies are actually used, and if it's only used for DPS HQ talkgroups.
