Im getting it pretty strong from Huebner and I-10 on the NW side now. No neighbors, NAC 130. The last updated WPTZ776 attachment from 2019 doesn’t show the frequencies in use anywhere near Bexar County.

Talkgroup 45213 has had some registration attempts from a radio here and there but no accepted registrations yet nor voice activity.

Maybe the TxDOT office in SA?
Possible, it wasn’t that far away from me, maybe 3-4 miles line of sight. Removed the antenna from the dongle and it went away but with the antenna the FMP24 signal was very strong. I should know by next Monday when I am heading south for a job.

The combiner probably isn’t tuned properly. :p

Hearing radio techs on TGID 7443 they identified as Event 5.. and have been seeing affiliations on 7441 and 7443.

773.03125 also populated on the frequency list for the site, It mirrors the Odessa site now.

Well, on our database we have 7440 and 7442 listed as National Guard with Events and Camp Mabry being the uses. Could be more NG, but those 7400 groups are otherwise all TXDOT. If it’s on the TXDOT San Antonio HQ tower, it’s likely that that series of talk groups are repurposed or had been mislabeled in the past.

1-57 site identified as TXDOT SA HQ by techs on 7443 talking about how good the reception is. this tech is saying he is hitting the SA site all the way from Laredo.

Pretty strong site. Almost get a full signal over in the Live Oak/UC area on a Unication G5 with the stubby antenna.

I was poking around the bands tonight and one of my sds200's picked up the control channel. I'm over 50 miles away from this TXDoT site and it was pretty strong. all my scanners sit on the desk and use rubber ducks. with their tower and elevation i'm guessing the antenna is just under 1200' AGL.
