Is the city of Flint supposed to join the system?

At this time Flint and Fenton cities will not be joining, they will maintain all of the older frequencies. Also the word going around is that the FD's will all be toned out on the North Dispatch channel; and then given their fireground channel on the MPSCS to switch to.

Fenton City is on the new system, the south county fire departments will switch over to north county dispatch 154.145 mid-November.
