In the Georgia database, there is very little consistency in how the state park frequencies are listed. Some are located on the county page (example here), while others are listed on the statewide "Department of Natural Resources" page. These parks most of the time only have boundaries in one single county of the state and are not wide area repeaters like the state DNR Law Enforcement repeaters are. These repeaters only carry traffic about maintenence of the park and no law traffic. Should these be listed in the statewide page or should they be listed on the page of the county in which their boundaries are? My opinion is they should be listed by county since they don't carry any traffic beyond what is going on within the confinement of the park boundaries. I think having them listed with the law enforcement repeaters only causes confusion within the database but I would like further input before submitting a ticket.

RR policy is that frequencies belonging to state agencies be listed on state-level pages (even if a given frequency is only used in one county).

That being said, the geo-coding for a category (Fort Yargo State Park, for example) should be only that which is needed to encompass the park itself.
