Georgia State Patrol Cartersville

According to the database a new frequency has been added to Troop A named "Cartersville." I'm assuming they're going to split the Jasper and Cartersville posts from the channel they currently share. However, I have not heard any activity on the new frequency yet and all of Cartersville's traffic is still on the Jasper repeater. Anyone know anything about this? When or if they are actually splitting the two posts onto their own frequencies? Perhaps the new Carterville frequency will just be a back up or maybe DNR will be using that freq for Lake Allatoona? I have a whole bunch of speculations and assumptions so I'm reaching out for a few facts if anyone has any. Inquiring minds wanna know.

I submitted that info, based on a newer license found for GSP in Bartow County. It may not be being used now, and may never, but was hoping that someone would pick something up on it.
