German Twp Police

Heard German Township Police in Montgomery County last night
for the first time on their 155.7000 frequency. They were using
voice inversion encryption. PL tone is 103.5, input is 154.6500.

I have added it to the rr database.

What is voice inversion encryption?? Can we still listen to it on the BC250D's?

It is called voice inversion scrambling, a rather old form of encryption.
No, your BC250D will not decode it.
There used to be kits available that could decode it,
but that is a moot point anyway. It is illegal to listen to as it is still considered encryption.
