Germantown fire simulcast

Germantown fire simulcast (154.310) is not broadcasting anything for the past couple of days. I can hear dispatch on 853.4125. This happened a couple years ago and after a brief period of time 154.310 was active again. Does anyone have insight on this?

Until someone local chimes in one could only assume the repeater is offline (perhaps for maintenance or upgrades?)
