I'm on a few DHS and similar mailing lists for work. They've been sending out messages the last week essentially telling agencies to test equipment, backup plans, etc.

Hopefully civil discourse will prevail.

The popular vote is Tuesday. The Electoral College doesn't vote until 14 December, and the US Congress meets on 06 January 2021 to codify the vote.
