Pro-651: Getting a Pro651 tomorrow

It will be delivered tomorrow. Figured i'd just go digital since suffolk county ny will be soon and I won't have the money after I move! LOL..

Any tips and tricks for programming. I have never had a digital so this is uncharted territory to me. I have seen reference to "objects" not "channels"... So I assume there aren't physical channels like on analog scanners?

Please let me know what to look for and what not to look for. Hopefully with the Arc500 this will be fairly easy.

Hello, I am still quite new to scamming my self. I also got a Pro651 a few months ago . I like the scanner and worked for a good while programming it manuel.
There are some great U-Tube videos that can really help. They helped me alot .
There are some great , very seasoned radio experienced members here, and they will help.
I got some software to use on mine also , that will help alot.
