Imagine my displeasure when tuning the very sensitive W4AX WebSDR and not being able to directly patch in Multipsk on my shiny new laptop...
At first, I tried using acoustic coupling between the speakers and the built in mike. Here's how to tune digital modes like MT63 and PSK-31 on WebSDR receivers. Works like a charm and way more user friendly than blasting noise on the speakers! It also opens the door to recording what you hear and doing some sophisticated processing of streaming audio.
