Getting info into the scanner

Hello group, I just paid for my R/R subscription, Whats the easiest way to get the data into my New Scanner? it a Motorola Smartzone II system.
I have a Uniden BR330T. I have found the page in the database that has the info I need,
Whats to process to transfer to the unit?

You need one of the software packages to load the info into. See the wiki.

I use ARC396 and really like the interface for pulling information from RR and building systems.
