getting started with the BC246T

Hello.

I'm old to conventional scanning, but new to trunking. While trying to program a trunked system, Mass State Police, into the BC246T, there is an issue where the scanner doesn't seem to link the code to the frequency?

Is there a 'getting started' FAQ somewhere on this message board for the BC246T?
