• Effective immediately we will be deleting, without notice, any negative threads or posts that deal with the use of encryption and streaming of scanner audio.

We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

WTF Chuck!? The only theory I could come up with is that maybe the car went through the fence. However, the fence is only attached up top and the fence actually went up over the top of the car then layed back down after the car had passed giving the illusion that the driver went "through" it?

Nah. Take a look at the fence posts. I'm guessing the one just off camera to the left was snapped off when he went over it and the rest of that section of fence is flapping in the breeze. Look to the right and you can see the true fenceline. -Rod-

that's not a bad idea... if your gonna run from the cops, put up a false fence on a private road but make it where it looks real but is only attached at the top where it will swing when you drive under it. then run all the way there and go though it, and hopefully the cops won't follow. Please do not misconstrue that I am condoning running from the police or anything.
