I was listening to the officers earlier today when this was still taking place on HCSO D4 INFO...They are looking for a 11 year old girl with down syndrome who walked off from her middle school around 1pm today.
RIVERVIEW -- Authorities are searching for a missing 11-year-old girl with Down syndrome, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Jennifer Caballero was last seen at 1 p.m. today walking away from Rogers Middle School in Riverview. Authorities say she is Hispanic, 5 feet tall and 90 pounds with black hair, and she was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt with pink flowers and black pants.
What communication skills she has are in Spanish, authorities said. She will answer to her name, Jenny. The sheriff's office is searching with deputies, K-9 units and aviation units. A reverse 911 "A Child is Missing" call has been made.
