Thanks Karl. Looks like a terrific procedure and a real boon to the citizens as well as the FFs. Fire and EMS incidents tend to get worse as every second passes, in contrast to many (most) police incidents which are pretty much over and done before the call even comes in. They've got some on-the-ball people at Glendale, Verdugo, and ICIS.
