I briefly chatted with a Glendora cop yesterday who advised me that they are very happy with the new system and within a year, "all local agencies" will be on ICIS and (you guessed it) encrypted. I'm assuming "all local agencies" are the ones already moving over to ICIS(unless there are others?)
