Gloucester County 773.65625

Picking up 773.65625 with a strong signal. I did a search in the database and it did not come up. When I searched the FCC database it did show up as Gloucester County. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?stid=34&freq=773.65625&action=sf

Anyone have any idea?

For the heck of it I plugged it into a trunk system last night, Have got nothing on it except the control channel noise which comes in really strong here too.
