All Gloucester County public safety is on the county 700MHz TRS.

All law enforcement is encrypted on that system.

If they moved to direct dispatch by the county on their system, you won't be able to hear them. Never mind the fact that your 996T can't recieve Phase-II P25.

New 700 MHz County Fire Ground Channels?

Anything 700MHz HAS to be P25 as per the FCC as there are only 6 FG channels that were posted to the forums by an actual county FF back in May of 2016:
https://forums.radioreference.com/at...nd-layouts.jpg
Someone has submitted a list of 9 (new 700MHz) channels that doesn't even match the original 6.
Gloucester County Fire ground (Radio to Radio)

769.00625 Fireground 1
769.01875 Fireground 2
769.03125 Fireground 3
769.04375 Fireground 4
774.93125 Fireground 5
774.94375 Fireground 6
774.95625 Fireground 7
774.96875 Fireground 8
774.97925 Fireground 9

I need you South Jersey guys to corroborate before entering into DB.
Thanks

The original 6 700 MHz Gloucester County fireground frequencies were programmed in the radios for both analog and digital modes. Camden County uses similar 700 MHz frequencies in analog only mode. Again this is what is in the radios.

Edit: The above frequencies appear to be what Camden County uses except for FG9 which appears to be an invalid low power frequency.

So, the consensus Here so far is...these frequencies are "Bogus" since Joe C has confirmed from his sources the original 6 frequencies are indeed programmed into the actual radios .

Thanks

Hi Ken,

Yes but that was when the system first went online. Things may have changed. So I think the most conservative approach is to keep the original 6 in until someone can monitor a working fire and see what fireground frequencies are actually used. Unfortunately I now live in Florida so someone local needs to step up and confirm.

Joe, so you have "Snow Birded" permanently to the "Sun Shine" state. That's great for you:cool:.
Thanks for your helpful input.

I'll hold the submission for a few weeks to see if members who are actually "in county" can "actually" monitor anything on these "new" 700 FG channels.

You RR members in Gloucester County "hear" anything, please post and send a submission.
If P25 the NAC, If NFM PL or DPL would be helpful too.

Thanks in advance,
