gnu radio newbie op25 question

HI. so i installed both gnuraio and op25 but i havent been able to figure out how to use them. is op25 a block inside gnuradio? what about the wireshark patch, is that another block in gnuradio? if so why cant i find iether of these in the tree on the right side of gnuraio?

please bear with me becuase i am new to ubuntu. thanks in advance.

A few things....

(1) Everyone is most welcome to join the op25-dev yahoo-grp - you might try posting this question on there

(2) op25 is (as has been pointed out) a toolkit as much as it is a collection of finished apps. Nonetheless there are several apps, some of these are gui oriented, but they must be run from the command-line. Also it won't do you a lot of good without some sort of hardware [either USRP or a radio that has been tapped to enable direct access to the (de)modulation stages]...

The newer standard in gnu radio (using XML files with GRC so that the blocks can be selected via the GUI) is something that came along after a lot of the apps had already been released, and so is not yet supported. Nonetheless there is a large number of GNU radio blocks that are part of the op25 project...
