GO Transit CSAs

I was reading some stuff online and came across a few lines saying something about private calls made by CSAs. Is it possible to listen to these calls? I currently only receive the audio coming from one radio broadcast to everyone on the talkgroup (I'm guessing these are group calls?).

Yes you can listen to them if your scanner supports it. The new generation of GRE scanners and I think the current Uniden scanners support it. Its kind of neat; I've listened to the GO CSAs talk between each other on it.
