During the November 13, 2008 statewide drill, a lot of different Southern California agencies are planning drills. This is a thread for plans and frequencies expected to be in use.
Verdugo Fire (cut-and-pasted from Unified-Response.org)

BRK: Simulations will be held Thurs. & Fri. with participation of the schools, including a simulation at Stevenson Elementary. They’ll do one run for the day EOC shift and one for the night shift. Their EOC is run like an incident management team. Communications will mostly be via direct frequencies (RED9 & RED11 direct), although there might be a request for one trunked frequency during part of the drill. All units will remain available.

ARC: Self-contained tabletop exercise in their EOC.Fire companies will be various places around town (schools, hospital, EOC, etc.)
♦
ALH: Full activation of their EOC, using WebEOC. Schools will also be involved. USAR exercise at their Training Center. Will use GREEN5 during the drill.

SGB: 9 am to noon, full activation of the EOC, direct radio channel only.
♦
SPS: Chief Pock will be overseeing exercise. Will be 10 am-2 pm and might ask for a radio channel if one is available.
♦
GLN: EOC activation and “windshield survey” on the 13th, then field exercise on the 14th, primarily for USAR. Fire, Public Works, Water & Power. Planning to use Red 10 direct.

MRV: Will be activating EOC. Fire companies will not be impacted; using off-duty people. CERT volunteers will be at Sta. 102. Will use GREEN 2 or 3 if needed.

MPK: Internal drill. WebEOC for department heads.
♦
PAS: 9 am – noon EOC activation. Using a scenario where ICIS is down and alternative means of communication are necessary. More of a tabletop exercise.

SNM: Internal drill.
♦
SMD: Thursday 10 am – 2 pm, Friday noon – 4 pm. Personnel will remain in service.
