Golden Ops on 349.000 - Central California

I'm in central California about 70 miles from Lemoore and hearing quite a bit of traffic on 349.400, e.g. "golden ops ,yeager21 is thirty minutes out". Just trying to figure out if "golden ops" is from Lemoore or elsewhere? I looked here but didn't find anything about 349.400. AirNav: KNLC - Lemoore Naval Air Station (Reeves Field)
Also searched the forum and googled it and came up empty handed.

Hi Shawn,
Golden Ops is Travis AFB. There was a lot of traffic in and out of there last week for an exercise called Bamboo Eagle.
