Good Atmospherics tonight or what!

[Pro-95]

Dang tonight I picked up the Sheriff's in Gardnerville. Never heard them before. That's about 45 miles and two ranges away!

Anyone else have exceptional listening tonight?

I have a mag-mount scanner antenna on the roof - i pick up all kinds of stuff. i notice that on certain days i get distant repeater reception better than others though.
