good ballmount for 102 whip

Sorry to re-open this thread, but...

has anyone seen a TLN6889C (I think) or the old GE equib\valent heavy-duty ball mount and spring for sale somewhere? I've been searching the "usual locations" and have come up dry. I saw this thread and got hopeful, again.
