Ok here's what i'm looking for....
A good outdoor antenna that covers:
Low Band (ex. - 33.58)
VHF Band (ex. - 151.295, 154.070)
UHF Band (ex. - 453.925, 451.825)

But I don't want something big or pricey. Plus I need to know how to ground it if it needs to be.

Thanks,
Jake

Scantenna.

Ground it by running at least 5 8-foot or 10-foot ground rods into the ground, separated by at least 10 feet, connecting them together with at least #6 wire, then connecting the antenna mast and a Blitz-Bug or equivalent spark gap to that ground system, and feeding the cable through the gap.

Or use a single ground rod if it'll make you feel safe.
