OK, I have made my first foray into MS Vista. I am well experienced in XP-Pro but am basically a Mac guy at heart. My new machine has Vista Home Premium, 9 GB of RAM and an i7 920 processor amongst other technobabble stuff. It is used mostly to run my AirNav box and as a backup to my regular Mac.

What I am looking for is a current and decent book for Vista, such as the Dummies or Missing Manuals series. All the books I can find at the local book stores seem to have been written in 2007 and none have any mention of SP2.

Any suggestions?

Vista? But Windows 7 will be here on October 22! Wait till it comes out, all of the books will be as accurate as they can be. :)

Dummies are probably the best written series. They break it down, almost, to the moron level! I know my Front Page for Dummies was well worn, unlike the other big, thick manuals from others.

If you just got your PC, I know a lot of them qualify for the FREE update to W7. Check with your sales person.
