Nothing sucks more than going on a trip and having to load up the scanner. Yes, programming software with the ability to direct import systems makes is better but you still need to figure out which systems to import. It is someimes difficult when you don't know which counties are on your route.
Imagine being able to make a Google map with driving directions and then clicking to import the systems right from that. That would be so sweet. If someone could pull this off, they would be my personal hero.
An alternate idea might be an overlay of Interstates and Highways on the clickable maps you can toggle on and off.
