Gp 380

I bought a motorola GP 380 off ebay can this radio be programmed in the US?
im not having any luck trying to get it programmed
any help would be great

It's highly doubtful because its not type accepted in the USA even though its basically a European version of an ht1250. Just do a serch on this site and there are a few topics regarding this radio also, I believe this belongs in the motorola forum.

i bought a gp 380 off ebay works great just dont like that it 5 tone instead of 2 tone and i cant figure out why when i press the ptt button i have to push it twice to get it to transmit other than that i love it
