I would think so provided the software is not commercial. This forum is more oriented to decoding the actual data blocks and displaying the result.
Since more users are going TRBO some technical info on how the TRBO signal is composed would be great. Also how the 'data' blocks are interwoven into the TRBO signal would be nice. I believe that the 10 second or so data pulse sent by TRBO radios is the GPS info can you confirm this?
