Grand County CO Frequencies

Hello,

Could someone familiar with Grand County post a list of public safety frequencies for this area? I will be taking a trip to Winter Park soon and plan to take my scanner. Anyone know if the the DTRS is active there? Thanks in advance!

I've not seen any TG's associated with Grand County show up in the rr database. As far as I can tell, they are still analog.

No DTRS.

Start with 155.940 and 155.115 and Winter Park has a small trunked system listed in the RR database but it will be pretty quiet this time of year.

Watch out for the crazy bulldozers!

Grand County freqs

Check out scancolorado.com.look for western colorado freqs. There is an extensive listing of public safety,Park service, and includes Grand Lake, Grandby and Winter park.Mostly analog vhf,with some trunking in winter park-ski resort related.

Bruce info is at least a few years old but still pretty accurate.

Suggest Trail Ridge Road is you have the time, it's a beautiful drive from Boulder County and much nicer than Berthoud Pass.
