Can someone translate a couple of lines from above and maybe answer a question...

First, I don't understand how these are frequencies or how to read or translate these to monitor them - please explain...

These are Vessel and Aircraft numbers - again not frequencies.

ok thank you.. I am very new to digital trunking so I have a lot to learn. I just got a BCD436HP and I barely know how to use the zip code thing to scan let alone add certain talk groups ...guess I need to spend some time with the owner's manual.
