Grand Traverse Area

I know I posted this earlier, but I have a few more questions.

I used RR to download the freqs for Grand Traverse County; but as for mentioned by other people it doesnt seem like a whole lot of activity is going on.

What I'm wondering, is if their are any dedicated LTR systems in the area? Also, is it possible to monitor flight traffic from the Coast Guard / Capital City airport with my Pro97? Or will I have to upgrade?

I'm would like to monitor Mil/Air/Police/Fire more than anything, as opposed to the EMS.

There are no LTR systems in the area, at least not for public safety. You should also be able to monitor local air traffic with your 97 just fine.

There are a lot of freqs for GT county on RR, but your best bet is to just stick to the Adams (1-7). These are the most active freqs and will give you all the activity in the county. PM or email me if you wish and I'll give you a detailed list of whats best to listen to.

If the pro 97 gets mil air then you will be able to listen to the CG, along with 157.050 (ch 21a).
